| Jaja faszerowane wędzonym łososiem Przygotowanie: Jaja ugotować na twardo, wystudzić, obrać ze skorupek przeciąć na połówki. Wyjąć żółtka, przełożyć do miseczki i rozgnieć widelcem. Jeden plaster wędzonego łososia zostawić do dekoracji, pozostałe pokroić w bardzo drobną kostkę przełożyć do żółtek. Dodać majonez, jogurt „Bałkański całość wymieszać, przyprawić masę do smaku solą i pieprzem. Gotową masą napełnić połówki jajek, udekorować pozostałym łososiem pokrojonym szczypiorkiem, żółtym serem oraz koperkiem. Składniki:
