Jaja faszerowane wędzonym łososiem
Przygotowanie:
Jaja ugotować na twardo, wystudzić, obrać ze skorupek przeciąć na połówki. Wyjąć żółtka, przełożyć do miseczki i rozgnieć widelcem. Jeden plaster wędzonego łososia zostawić do dekoracji, pozostałe pokroić w bardzo drobną kostkę  przełożyć do żółtek. Dodać majonez, jogurt „Bałkański całość wymieszać, przyprawić masę do smaku solą i pieprzem. Gotową masą napełnić połówki jajek, udekorować pozostałym łososiem pokrojonym szczypiorkiem, żółtym serem oraz koperkiem.
 Składniki:

  • 10 jaj
  • 100 g wędzonego łososia
  • 3 łyżki majonezu  
  • 1 łyżeczka jogurtu naturalnego „Bałkańskiego”
  • 1 pęczek  szczypiorku
  • 1 pęczek koperku
  • 100 g sera żółtego
  • Pieprz i sól do smaku
